Concierge Care Calgary is a locally owned, nurse-led home care company helping seniors and adults live safely, comfortably and independently in their own homes.

We provide personalized home care and nursing services throughout Calgary and surrounding communities, from a few hours of assistance each week to overnight, palliative and 24-hour care.

But what truly defines Concierge Care Calgary isn’t the number of services we provide.

It’s how we provide them.

We believe home care should feel personal. Clients should know the people coming into their homes. Families should know who to call when they have a concern. Care plans should reflect the individual—not simply a list of tasks. And when someone’s needs change, there should be an experienced team paying attention and ready to respond.

Built on Healthcare Experience—and a Better Vision for Home Care

Concierge Care Calgary was founded by four local women who brought together decades of experience in nursing, healthcare, home care and business.

Three of our four owners are experienced Registered Nurses, giving our leadership team a strong clinical foundation and more than 100 years of combined nursing experience.

Our fourth owner has worked behind the scenes with Calgary home care companies for more than a decade, bringing extensive experience in communications, marketing, technology and business operations.

Together, we shared a belief that home care could be more personal.

Through our different experiences in the industry, we understood that good home care requires much more than simply filling a shift.

It requires understanding the person. It requires matching the right caregiver. It requires communication. It requires noticing when something has changed. It requires a strong team behind the scenes making sure the details are taken care of. And above all, it requires treating every client with the same dignity and consideration we would want for someone we love.

Those principles became the foundation of Concierge Care Calgary and continue to guide how we provide care today.

Concierge Care Calgary was created here in Calgary, and we remain locally owned and operated.

We’re not part of a national franchise or large corporate home care network.

That means the people making decisions about your care are right here.

Our owners, nurses, care managers, schedulers and administrative team know our clients and caregivers. When a family calls our office with a concern, they’re speaking with people who understand their situation—not a distant call centre.

Being local also gives us the flexibility to respond personally when circumstances change.

Home care is about relationships, and we believe those relationships should extend beyond the caregiver at the front door to the entire team supporting the client behind the scenes.

HOME CARE SHOULD BE ABOUT MORE THAN FILLING A SHIFT

There is an important difference between sending a caregiver and building a care team.

At Concierge Care Calgary, scheduling begins with the client.

Before care starts, we take time to understand the individual’s care requirements, routines, personality, preferences and priorities. We then consider which caregivers have the right combination of qualifications, experience and personality to be a good fit.

Whenever possible, we build a small, consistent team around each client rather than continually introducing unfamiliar caregivers into the home.

That consistency allows trust and genuine relationships to develop.

Over time, caregivers learn the little things that don’t necessarily appear on a care plan—how someone likes their morning routine, what makes them laugh, which foods they enjoy, what helps when they’re anxious and what “normal” looks like for that individual.

Those details matter to us.

Because good home care isn’t just about completing tasks.

It’s about caring for a person.
