Striving To Cover All Your Home Care Needs
The Client Directed Home Care Program is a new provincial initiative in
Alberta that enables eligible individuals the opportunity to select their own preferred home care
services provider and have the cost largely covered by government insurance.
Client Directed Home Care supports people of all ages with their personal and home care
needs.
To receive home care services:
- you must be an Alberta resident with a valid health care card
- your needs can be safely met in your home
- you meet the requirements determined by an Alberta Health Services case manager
To request an assessment, call 811. For more information about home care services, visit
